Shipping Policy

At Ishvarya – Elegance First, every effort is made to ensure that orders are delivered safely and within the estimated timelines.

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During festive seasons or high-volume periods, processing timelines may be extended.
Delivery Timeline
  • Standard delivery (within India): 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable locations may take additional time.
Shipping Charges
  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or campaigns.
Order Tracking
  • Once the order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS and/or email.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
  • Ishvarya shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or losses arising due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
  • In case a product is received damaged, defective, or incomplete, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video and supporting images are mandatory to raise a valid request, in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Requests raised beyond the specified timeframe or without proper proof may not be accepted.
Communication & Support
  • All shipping-related queries are handled only via email or WhatsApp.
  • Assistance is not provided via Instagram DMs or Facebook messages.
  • Orders, shipping, returns, or exchanges are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.
