Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
  • Returns or exchanges are permitted with no questions asked.
  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

Important Conditions
  • A no-refund policy is followed. Refunds are not provided.
  • For COD and prepaid orders, a Coupon Code equal to the product value will be issued.
  • Shipping charges are not included in the Coupon Code value.
  • Returned products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Products found to be used, damaged, or tampered with will not be accepted.
Courier & Shipping Charges
  • Return pickup is not arranged unless a damaged or defective product is received.
  • To-and-from courier charges shall be borne by the customer.
  • An additional ₹100 shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
Return & Exchange Process
  1. Notify us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Securely pack the product using bubble wrap and include the original invoice.
  3. Ensure the return package has the address, Full Name, and Order ID clearly mentioned.
  4. Once the product is received at our warehouse, a Coupon Code will be issued.
  5. Return processing and issuance of the Coupon Code/Credit Note may take 5–7 working days.

Unboxing Video Guidelines
  • Record a 360-degree view of the sealed package to confirm it is untampered.
  • Open the package on camera without cutting away.
  • Clearly show the product and any damage, if present, before ending the video.
Communication & Support
  • All return, exchange, and order-related queries are handled only via email or WhatsApp.
  • Assistance is not provided via Instagram DMs or Facebook messages.
  • Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Queries raised outside working hours will be addressed on the next working day.
  • Orders, returns, and exchanges are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.
